Dr. Carter is an excellent eye doctor. Eight years ago he performed cataract surgeries on me and I have had very good vision in both eyes. In January of this year he diagnosed my partial retinal detachment, and immediately set up my appointment with a retinal specialist, who repaired that well. Dr. Carter diagnosed me again with a different partial retinal detachment today, and surgery will be done ASAP by my retinal specialist.
Dr. Carter cares so much about his patients and we always receive the best treatment. I have lots of friends and family who are his patients and will tell you the same!
